TARSAM RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Tarsam Image your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items after it has been delivered to you by three (3) days for refund and within seven (7) days for exchange* subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. NON- REFUND/EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
Refund/Exchange does not apply to Tablets, Mobile Phones, Chargers, Gadgets, Decorative Lamps, Disco/Party Items, Speakers, Scooters and Special order items or cut cables/wires.
2. SEAL BROKEN AND PACKING TAMPERED
In case of Healthcare & Massager Items, Clocks & Hand watches, Toys, Telephones and all accessories, return/exchange is possible only if seal is not broken or the packing has not been tampered with any way.
3. ORGINAL SALES INVOICE
Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund. Refund will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
4. REFUND/EXCHANGE TIME
Any product purchased within seven (7) days and is not functioning as per operational manual or falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or repaired after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, as applicable. The process can take up to four (4) business days. Exchange/Repair will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
5. RE-STOCKING FEES
A re-stocking fee of fifteen (15) percent will be deducted against any refund.
6. INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGE PRODUCT
If the packaging is incomplete or product is damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
7. EXCHANGE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
8. PERSONAL DATA IN RETURNED PRODUCTS
If the product returned, has any data or information stored on any memory or storage device, Tarsam will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still stored/saved on the returned product.
9. CREDIT NOTE FOR EXCHANGE
If a transaction qualifies for an exchange, a Credit Note shall be issued which can be used at any Tarsam store across UAE.
10. CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY
A credit note is void after ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.
11. CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Service, delivery and installation charges are non- refundable once paid.
12. EXCHANGE/RETURN LOCATION
Exchange/Return is allowed at any Tarsam store located in the UAE.
